The Office of the Executive Vice President and Provost issues a call for nominations each fall.
This award recognizes a faculty member who demonstrates impact on community wellbeing through their research undertaken through community partnerships. It is up to the nominator to demonstrate how the research best serves the public interest.
Full-time faculty at any rank, tenured, tenure-track, or non-tenure track are eligible to apply.
Award is $3000 for faculty members’ personal use and an additional $3000 to continue the research
The Provost awards up to three per year.
