Helpful Scripts for the Classroom

Throughout the pandemic, faculty may find themselves in unusual or unexpected situations where they need to intervene due to non-compliance in the classroom, such as students choosing not to comply with wearing face coverings or other public health policy. Below are examples of classroom scenarios requiring intervention from instructors and instructors’ possible responses. Every context is different, and each instructor is strongly encouraged to consider what intervention will look like for them.
