Guinn supports Vice Provost for Academic Affairs Brie Gertler, as well as Associate Provost for Undergraduate Education Josipa Roksa. She helps manage and support the processes for executing academic program agreements and for external Academic Program Review. She is also responsible for scheduling within Academic Affairs.  Guinn received her B.A. in Drama from the University of Washington and has worked as a professional stage manager in Washington, DC, as an elementary classroom teacher, and as an administrator in UVA's Department of English. Most recently, she was the Education and Outreach Coordinator with Richmond Ballet before joining the Provost's Office in 2018. Guinn grew up in a foreign service family and looks forward to traveling again now that her two grown kids are on adventures of their own pursuing their artistic dreams.
