Keisha supports both Vice Provost for Academic Outreach Louis Nelson and Vice Provost for Academic Initiatives Megan Barnett. As the newest member of the Provost’s Office administrative team, she is intently building her knowledge of the office and looks forward to opportunities to aid assorted initiatives and activities within the portfolios of the vice provosts whom she assists. Keisha joined the Provost’s Office in 2022 from the School of Engineering & Applied Science where she had previously served as an Administrative Coordinator and as Executive Assistant to the Chair of Biomedical Engineering. A Charlottesville home towner, her earliest work experience on-Grounds was a high school internship with Engineering. She appreciates how her work at UVA lends itself to continuous improvement and learning. Away from the office, Keisha is especially happy when traveling to warm, sunny places and enjoying all types of great food not featuring peanut butter or onions.
